Configurator and quote request — terms

1. What the configurator is

The configurator lets you explore Elementa configurations and see an indication of what they cost. It is a planning tool. It is not an order form, and using it does not create any agreement between you and Wadam.

2. A quote request is a request, not a purchase

When you complete "Request your quote", you are asking us to prepare a quotation. You are not buying anything, you are not committing to buy anything, and no payment is taken. We will contact you to discuss what you need.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A binding agreement between us arises only when you and Wadam both sign a written supply agreement.

3. What the prices mean

  • Prices shown in the configurator are indicative. They are our present estimate for the configuration you have selected, and they may change.
  • Prices in the configurator are shown excluding GST. The GST-inclusive total is shown with them, and it is the GST-inclusive figure that any quotation and any supply agreement will state.
  • A price becomes fixed only in a signed supply agreement. Until then, nothing shown here is a price we have agreed to hold.
  • Delivery is quoted separately and depends on your address and site access.

4. What is not included

The configurator prices the home as manufactured, supplied and delivered. It does not include the on-site works — site preparation, footings, placement, connecting services, or final fix — which are carried out by a licensed builder or contractor you engage directly. See clause 6 of our Website Terms of Use.

5. Your site and approvals

Whether a home suits your land, and what approvals it needs, depends on your site and your council or certifier. We do not promise any approval will be granted, and nothing in the configurator is site-specific advice.

6. Selections, availability and specification

We may change models, inclusions, finishes and prices at any time. A selection you make in the configurator is not reserved and does not lock in availability or specification. What you receive is what a signed supply agreement describes.

7. Images, renders and dimensions

Images and renders are illustrations. Finishes, colours and details may differ. Dimensions shown are nominal — the dimensions that bind are those in the supply agreement and its drawings.

8. Your information

What we collect through this form, why, and where it goes is set out in our Privacy Policy. Some of the tools we use to receive and manage enquiries store information outside Australia, and the Privacy Policy explains that.

9. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where anything here is inconsistent with those rights, those rights apply.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use it is the one that applies. Questions: info@wadamliving.com.au.
